Entrepreneurial Success Coach
Chari is a graduate of the Teacher Education Program at York University in Toronto, Canada. She holds a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. For 30 years, Chari worked as an education mentor, conducting workshops for teachers and professional leads within the private sector.
As a reflective practitioner, she worked with leaders and families to learn from their practices and behaviors. She also became certified in biofeedback stress reduction, and helped her clients to right-size their energy so their bodies could help themselves. In addition, Chari has completed certification in labour support and as a birth doula.
The combination of all these past experiences has brought her to the world of coaching today. Looking to make a transformation in her life, she connected with Frame of Mind's Dave Gorham for 1-on-1 Coaching. Halfway through her coaching, she fell in love with the process and asked President and Founder Kim Ades how she could join the team. The resulting conversation saw Chari complete her coaching experience and move right into taking the steps to complete her FOM Certification. She hasn't looked back since.
What clients say about Chari:
"Chari always knew when to dig deeper and when to just let things ride out. She asked questions that really made me think a lot about myself, the things that were going on inside my head and what was holding me back from what I wanted to achieve." -Randy Barber
"I love Chari. She is very professional, intuitive, warm and caring. She always knew how to push me and support me." -Beata Seweryn-Reid
"Chari is awesome and so down to earth. We clicked easily and quickly developed the trust one needs in this situation. Even though I’m in New Zealand and she’s in Toronto, she was always flexible and available. What really stood out for me was that Chari was genuinely interested in helping me, cared about me and my journey, and even though she was on the other side of the world, she was only a phone call or a message away." -Stuart Horton
"Chari was great and we were so well-matched. She dug deep even though I was reluctant at times. She’s totally authentic, she doesn’t hold back, and she’ll call you out on things. She doesn’t let things slide. She’s also very caring. She truly wanted me to succeed and went above and beyond what I expected from a coach." -Michelle Robin
"Chari did an amazing job of helping me discover who I wanted to be as a mom. She took a really big load off my shoulders in helping me understand that I could choose to stop being hard on myself, and that I just needed to be a loving mother." -Jaqueline Paquin Robert
