Job: Real Estate Agent

Coaching: 10 weeks 1-on-1 Coaching with Chari Schwartz

How did you first find out about Frame of Mind Coaching?
I received an email containing a link to the Frame of Mind Coaching assessment, and I was intrigued by it, so I checked it out. When I read about FOM on their website, it just sounded so different from other coaching methods. I took the assessment immediately.

What were you struggling with prior to coaching?
I was in flux. I had taken an editing job when my real estate work lost its pace a few years ago. I wanted to go back to real estate fulltime, but I felt as though I had lost all of my confidence. All of it. I had previously worked for myself for twenty years, so having to take a job working for someone else felt like an extreme set back. Having to go through that made me lose confidence in absolutely every aspect of my life.

How did coaching impact your level of confidence?
FOM Coaching has a great structure. First, it made me step back to the beginning. Then, going through the steps naturally led me to get my confidence back. Later on in the program, there was a step about seeking input from people, and asking others what they believe my strengths to be. That provided me with a huge confidence boost.

Every week of coaching built on the week before, and ultimately helped me get myself back. We were also able to determine what was really important to me, and what I really wanted. Thanks to coaching, I am now back to working for myself, in real estate, fulltime.

Has coaching impacted your relationships?
Definitely. I am a lot more positive. I have tried to be a positive person my whole life, but before, I was faking it. Now I actually feel positive when I interact with people. I am presenting a true, positive outlook on life and in my relationships.

What was the experience of journaling every day like for you?
It was easy for me because I like to write. Journaling was not a difficult task for me at all. Journaling every day, then having a call with my coach once a week, was a perfect balance. You can journal on your own, but receiving feedback from a coach is incredibly helpful.

Would you recommend FOM coaching to others?
Oh, I have! The coach is such an important part the experience, and I was matched perfectly with Chari. I felt extraordinarily lucky by how we just hit it off. We have so much in common and we have similar personalities. I really can’t say enough good things about FOM Coaching, and Chari as well!

Have you lost your confidence? A great way to regain it is by assessing your Frame of Mind.
