When is it? It starts on June 23rd and runs for 10 weeks.
What is it? It's a group coaching program that is specifically designed to help you Pump Up Your Sales for the long term, using Frame of Mind Coaching Principles.
What are the FOM Coaching Principles? Here is the philosophy... As a sales person, you know what you are supposed to do to be successful, but something is standing in the way of getting it done. We don't believe that you need anyone to make sure you make your calls and do your work. We don't believe that you need a babysitter. We *do* believe that you need help identifying what is interfering with your results, and we *will* teach you how to make a concerted effort to move it out of the way, allowing you to focus on your sales instead of what's holding you back.
Frame of Mind Coaching is based on the idea that the biggest thing that is blocking you from your success is your own thinking. We reach the depths of your beliefs and your thinking patterns through an intense 10 weeks of journaling, weekly coaching calls, and mind-blowing self-discovery. Frame of Mind Coaching is not only about your sales - it's about your mind. If you don't take care of your mind now, your patterns of performance will just keep repeating themselves over and over.
It's time to take the leap and jump out of your comfort zone. Now. Do you really have a choice???

The Music Note

The Music Note
Allan, my husband, is a romantic, and is well known for going to great lengths to demonstrate his love for me. Shortly after meeting him, he gave me a necklace with a music note on it. He told me that he had worn it ever since he was a teenager and had never, ever taken it off. He wanted me to have it. Being a musician, it was a very important piece of jewellery to him and held a lot of sentimental value. He felt certain, however, that we would share a life together and the music note would never be too far away.
When his kids and family noticed for the first time that I was wearing it, they were in shock, but also knew that this relationship had to be serious because that note was something that never left him. I received it with gratitude, and understood immediately the significance that it held with respect to our relationship, and the intensity with which our relationship was growing. I haven't taken it off since.
What I did not understand was the significance that it held to the rest of the world. Wearing a music note meant that I had to be a musician, and it was an instant invitation to the public to discuss the instrument I played and my unique musical talent.
Let me just say that I have no musical talent. I don't play an instrument (other than the computer keyboard) and I can barely stay on key when I sing. I love the sound of my voice in my head but when it comes out of my mouth, woe is me!
So when I am standing at a cash register and I am asked if I am a musician, even though I give my husband all the credit, I somehow feel like a fraud for misrepresentation. I immediately launch into the story of my romantic husband who gave it to me to express his undying love. It's a diversion...a tactic that I use so that I don't feel so much like an imposter.
Here is the thing though. We all wear charms around our necks that say who we are and what we are about, except that they are not usually in 14 karat gold. Instead, these charms are expressed in how we dress, how we walk, our mood, the tone of our voice, and the expression on our face. We give off an energy that tells the world everything about us. Even if we are quiet, it's impossible for us to hide. In fact, so many times, we put a charm around our necks and forget that it's even there, leaving it on for years and years, oblivious to what we are exposing about ourselves to the world.
This over-exposure may sound scary, but there is a silver lining in this paradox. If people can tell who we really are, and it stems from how we feel inside and how see ourselves, then we can control what we put out. If we can concentrate on feeling terrific, then the world will receive it. If we spend our time feeling like a victim over life's injustices, then the world will see that too. The point is that we get to choose the charm we wear around our neck.
The next time you brush your teeth; take a closer look in the mirror to see what charm you are wearing. Is your mood what you want people to receive? Is your energy what you want to advertise to the world? If not, make a concerted effort to change the charm that you are wearing.
A few weeks ago it was Allan's birthday. I surprised him by having an exact replica of his music note made just for him. He was just as shocked and touched to receive it as his family was when he gave his to me. In my mind, the energy and meaning of the music note belongs to him and it is his to share with the world.
What meaning and energy do you want to share with the world?

Dear Kim, Marc, Alan and Frame of Mind Coaching,
This is a simple note of thank you to an amazing company and powerful group of leaders. I have had the fortune of working in the personal development industry for sixteen years now and it is rare to come across a unique concept that not only works but it exceeds expectations. The personal development industry has grown extensively in the coaching arena over the last few years and I have found it very difficult to find the best, Frame of Mind is clearly at the top to me. What has made the biggest difference is the blend of journal engine software and the high quality coaches provided by Frame of Mind.
Through my coaching journey with Frame of Mind my relationships with my family and career have grown by leaps and bounds. The power in writing my thoughts down daily and being coached through a guided program gave me multiple ways to look at situations, review and apply what I was learning.
I highly recommend Frame of Mind Coaching to anyone looking for that edge in life or business. Frame of Mind gave me the push and direction to take the action my life needed. Being successful in anything in life is so often about being open to someone else's perspective, that way I can clearly see my own. Above anything else you have helped me see my own.
Thank you,
Eric McGrath
